Tennis is one of the few active sports which people can play throughout their lives and being able to play tennis is a useful social skill. It is also the fourth most popular sport in the world yet only 4 % of the population of Ireland play tennis. Studies have also shown that tennis players generally live longer – so get your tennis racket out and put a few years onto your sell by date.
Club Coaching
Weekly adult improvers classes at Helens Bay Tennis Club. Also junior classes for ages between six years old and sixteen years old (Red ball, orange ball, green ball and yellow ball)
1-1 Adult Coaching
Coaching available. Price £25 per lesson.
Schools Coaching
Experience with introducing tennis to a number of schools through the Tennis Ireland Blitz Initiative. After schools tennis club experience with a number of schools in the province including Campbell College Prep, Kirkistown Primary School and Portavogie Primary School.

Passionate about the beautiful game (its not footy any more). Tennis coaching experience for over five years with experience at Wallace Park, David LLoyds and Cloughy Tennis Club. Full-time coach at Helens Bay Tennis Club coaching adults and juniors. I also take cardio tennis to killer tunes (nothing too intensive and great craic). Qualifications include Tennis Ireland Level 1 and PTR level 1.
